Other Unwanted Items 20% or £20.00, whichever is greater, to cover administration and return to manufacturer costs.
Returns Information
Returns are free for any items that are damaged/faulty.
We cannot accept the return of items that have been customised, unless damaged/faulty.
Items marked as special order items are specially ordered based on customer requirement, and are therefore, subject to a restock fee, unless damaged/faulty.
Customers are responsible for returns of items to our returns address, unless damaged/faulty.
